Thanks for being a part of the 2023 Summit!

Saturday, June 3, 2023 • 9 am – 1 pm • KIPP DC College Prep

At the Fifth PAVE Parent Policy Summit, parents shared and voted on the issues they have identified as most critical to their children’s education.

94 parent leaders, policymakers, and education advocates, came together to discuss issues families want to see at the forefront for the 2023-2024 school year. It was so wonderful coming back together for another amazing Summit and watch parents and attendees feel empowered to discuss education issues in our city. We are so excited to see families continue to guide our work to build an education system that is created not just for, but by and with families.

At the end of the Summit, 85 parent leaders voted for the two issue areas they believed should be the focus of their work in the coming year…
