TIME TO TAKE THE PURPLE WAVE TO THE POLLS:
#VOTE4DCKIDS

Have you committed to #Vote4DCKids?

The DC Primary Election - happening on Tuesday, June 21 - is only 5 DAYS AWAY which means it’s time to commit and cast your ballot to #Vote4DCKids!

A #Vote4DCKids is a vote...

  • That means you want to elect leaders who will center our families, especially our Black, Brown, and low-income families, in all their decision-making.
  • For leaders who envision a District that loves, protects, and supports our kids - our #NextGen advocates.
  • That empowers us to exercise one of our most important rights as residents of this beautiful city (that should be a state).

Take 1 minute to commit to #Vote4DCKids in the DC Primary Election and impact generations to come!

WHY PAVE PARENT LEADERS #VOTE4DCKIDS

Citywide PLE and Ward 6 PLE Board member Russchelle Moore
"My kids come with me to vote because I want them to see just how crucial of a right it is. Family members of generations before me never had the right to vote, so I cast my ballot for them."

"As a mother and native Washingtonian, I also commit to cast my ballot to #Vote4DCKids because I want to see a better future that my kids, and all kids, deserve."

In the latest piece on the PAVE Blog, Citywide PLE and Ward 6 PLE Board member Russchelle Moore shares about why it is important to #Vote4DCKids, her role as a PAVE Parent Voting Captain, and how she encourages DC community members to amplify their voices by voting in Tuesday's primary election.
